any faults are found with any "

Hutches,
manufactured” products, we shall rectify them
for you. However if these items have been delivered to you via a delivery
service, courier hauliers etc, then it is on the customers part to arrange the
items to come back to Midland
Hutches for any repair or refund at there own
cost, as the delivery is not part of our business, we simply arrange a delivery
“on the customers behalf” and therefore it is the onus of the customer to
return the item to Midland

S1 manufacturers
products we add here the manufacturer’s delivery terms. ”please note that we
cannot accept any claims for damages where the customer signs the delivery note
as received in good condition. When you place an order for direct delivery your
acceptance of this condition is implied. There can be no exceptions to this rule
and we, (the manufacturer) will not enter into any discussions with the customer
